Rental is available from the Windforce School at Pelican Point from September until May (dependant on conditions). Our summer opening hours are
Wednesday: 12pm till last rental (5-6pm dependent on prevailing conditions)
Thursday: 10am till last rental
Friday: 10am till last rental
Saturday: 10am till last rental
Sunday: 10am until the last rental
We have selected a range of the latest 2011 freeride equipment from two of Windsurfing's leading brands, Severne and Starboard.
The School has the following:
Go: 175, 155, 144, 133
Futura: 122, 111
Kode: 122, 103, 94
We have also included Starboards all new freeride/freewave board Atom 99. Straps on or off, you decide!
Sail and board sizes are chosen to suit the local conditions and to accommodate a wide range of riders, from beginners to expert.
Prices:
Kids Board & Sail: $16 (1st hour)
Start Board & Sail: $20 (1st hour), $16 (consecutive hour)
Intermediate Setup: $35 (1st hour), $28 (consecutive hour)
Advanced Setup: $45 (1st hour), $36 (consecutive hour)
Students receive 20% off all standard prices.
Intermediate Setup is a Start or Go board with a Severne Gator sail.
Advanced Setup is a Futura or Kode with a Severne Gator sail.
Rental is by the hour within our sailing area at Pelican Point. Rental is on the basis of first come first served, we don't pre-book. The School is able to receive payment by cash or eftpos on site.
Pre-pay Rental Cards
Pre pay rental cards are available to all customers, giving you the opportunity to purchase 5 hours of rental at the reduced consecutive hour rate. These cards are valid for 9 months

Long-term Rental
For long term rental the Windforce Shop offers a flexible buy back system allowing you the freedom to take equipment outside of Perth to sail where and when you want to. A guaranteed buy back price is agreed on (subject to condition of equipment upon return). Please contact the Shop for further details.
